Hurrah! We did it! We got through January. All be it a little pale, exhausted and well.. lacking ‘oomph’. So we’ve rounded up the best products to give you that Post January Oomph factor and have you taking on February with a spring in your step!

1. Nourishment begins from within, and we’ve found an amazing new juice to take on all juices. The Swedish health app Lifesum ( nutritionist, Frida Harju, has together with the London-based juice maker Crussh ( developed a juice based on data analysis of Lifesum’s 30,000 London users to see what nutrients they lack and what health issues affect young professional in the city. The nutrients a lot of people are falling short on are Vitamin E, Zinc, Niacin and Omega 3 – to name a few.

Based on these facts the Lifesum Green juice was designed, so now you can get the nutrients you need in just one drink! Made using coconut water, kale, spinach, apple, kiwi, pineapple, pear and omega-3 oil it tastes delicious too – win!

Lifesum Green, is available from all 30 Crussh stores across the Capital. Price: Regular size (325ml) £3.95, Large size (450ml) £4.95, and Full size (650ml) £6.50.

2.  The skincare ante needs to be upp-ed during the colder months, especially as January usually sees us detoxing and so battling with some dysfunctional skin for a while… until the season changes again, but that’s a whole other story!  Skin needs gentle exfoliation combined with ultra hydration. We love Nip & Fab’s Glycolic pads to exfoliate skin without tearing and dragging skin. Followed by their Dragon Blood range of moisturiser and face mask will really help to plump up skin.
