Feast & Flow at Slice Studios London

Feast & Flow is the brand new Yoga Brunch collaboration designed to nourish and restore body and mind. The brainchild of Stephanie Sowden, founder of MIMOD’s Kitchen and Sarah Eckersley, the yogi behind Wilde Yoga this collaboration is brimming with personal touches and positive vibes.

Launching this month, on Sunday 15th January, Feast & Flow offers yogis, foodies and anyone who wants to try something new a themed yoga brunch each month across London. Those who attend will enjoy a 90-minute dynamic yoga class combining vinyasa flow with more grounding poses before a delicious two course plant based brunch. Each month will adopt a different theme to ensure that guests feel truly spoiled and nourished from head to toe. To kick start the new year the first pop up is focusing on ‘Plant Power’. This not only reflects the style of yoga being taught; power yoga and the plant based menu, but it also embraces the power of the mind when it comes to finding your focus and setting intentions for the new year.

MIMOD’s Kitchen was created by Stephanie following her love of breakfast. Her menus are inspired by the healthy, plant based lifestyle commonly found in Bondi, Australia for it was here that Stephanie’s passion for raw food and decision to launch MIMOD’S was really born. Since returning to the UK she has hosted a number of MIMOD’s Kitchen pop-up brunches and dinners all of which have been a sell-out. Guests who attend January’s pop up can expect home-made nut butters and sumptuous smoothie bowls followed by a choice of chai spiced porridge, beetroot pancakes with carefully crafted sides or a beautiful Bondi breakfast incorporating sweet potato toast, kaleslaw, baked beans and wild mushrooms.

Sarah Eckersley, full time yogi and girl behind the brand Wilde Yoga aims to help her students find space in both body and mind during their time on the mat. After leaving her own stressful career behind to embark on this health and wellbeing venture this is a belief close to her heart. This month she has designed a 90-minute class to truly rinse the body of any toxins that may be left in the system after the typical festive indulgences.

This month’s Feast & Flow; Plant Power takes place on Sunday 15th January at Slice Studios in Parson’s Green. The event starts at 1.30pm finishing at 5pm and all guests receive a bag full of goodies to take away helping see them through January.
